Your privacy is important to Social News Desk, Inc. (“SND”). This privacy policy (“Policy”) applies to the Social News Desk Web sites and applications (“Sites”). This Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by SND.

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
SND takes reasonable security measures to protect your personal information to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware, however, that despite our efforts, no security measures are impenetrable.
If you use a password on our Site, you are responsible for keeping it confidential. Do not share it with any other person. If you believe your password has been misused, please advise us immediately.
CHOICES ABOUT USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
You may also choose to remove the Application from your Facebook account by clicking on “Settings” in the toolbar and selecting “Application Settings” from the drop-down menu. Click the “x” next to the Application’s name, then click “remove” again to confirm the deletion.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
Our Site includes links to other Web sites whose privacy practices may differ from those of SND. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy statements. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy statement of any Web site you visit.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
SND may change this Policy from time to time. SND users will be informed of any such change by us posting a new date above. As required by law, we will not use PII in ways that are materially different from the ones described in this Privacy Policy without also providing notification of such practices and obtaining consent to any such different uses.
This Privacy Policy outlines the information usage practices of SND. By accessing, browsing or using this Web site or applications, or by submitting your personal information to SND, you signify your agreement to the terms and conditions of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not submit your personal information to us.
